According to the <Notice on promoting the steady growth of the city's construction industry and implementing the credit bonus incentive for construction enterprises> issued by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, credit bonus incentives will be given to the local-registered construction enterprises whose output value of the construction industry in 2021 reached 500million yuan and the year-on-year growth rate exceeded the growth rate of the city's total output value of the construction industry in 2021.
