2014-2015 Annual Jinxin ME work review meeting & Staff training meeting

On Nov 20, 2015, 2014-2015 annual Jinxin ME work review meeting & staff training meeting was held at the Sheshan forest hotel conference room, a total of more than 70 people include GM Gao Weiqing attended the meeting.

There are two main issues of this meeting：each department work summarize and plan, and the training of 2015 version department policies & procedures.

At work summary meeting, GM Mr. Gao put forward to enhance the efficiency of management, so we need to establish a better management system and clear the function of each department, clarify the responsibilities of each position, plan the work, follow the standards, constantly sum up experience. At the same time，he made a comprehensive display for the new company organization structure, management system, core process. Also he put forward to some problems in the daily work which need to be corrected immediately and plans for the next half year’s work.

Then, each department manager and supervisor take turns to summarize their work, and report the work plan for next year.

After the report, we do the system & process training in the form of PPT showing, which mainly divided into full training and on-the-job training. To make all the staff get familiar to the new version of the management system.！

The conference will lead a new development stage of JX in the future, which teach us the practical spirit, we believe that will guide and inspire all the staff to be better and write a new chapter to our company!
