Jindu Construction Group Held ‘2017 Special Legal Training Seminar’

Recently, The Legal Management Department of Jindu Construction Group organized

‘2017 Special Legal Training Seminar’ which was named < Interpretation of General

Contract Template>. And the whole phase was divided into two classes. Staffs from  

company function departments and site project departments all participated. This training

was held via two methods, combining site instructions for function departments and video

conference for site departments. We specially invited two experienced lawyers from

Jianwei Law Office to give instructions.

This phase of legal training includes the following contents:

1, Basic legal knowledge about general contract, including general contract concept,

contract scope, the judicial interpretation of the Supreme People's court, and introductions

of FIDIC contract version. 2, Key terms and special requirements from general contracts

of Jindu’s key clients. During the interactive sessions, lots of participants raised a lot of

doubts and questions collected from daily work, and also, they shared experience they got

from lessons. Two lawyers presented their professional legal suggestions to us.

The intention of this training is to get all of our function departments, as well as the site

Departments, know more to reflect towards clients’ requirements and legal disputes. It’s

also to ensure that Jindu can provide our clients with satisfactory services by fulfilling a

contract smoothly and risk-free, so that Jindu can soon realize its corporate vision to be

the leader in the industrial construction field.
