2016 Management Trainee Annual Performance Assessment & Sharing Sessions
July 19, 2017, Shanghai Jindu successfully held “2016 Management Trainee Annual Performance Assessment & Sharing Sessions“ on the project site of Friend Phase III.
The assessment session consists of site test, project visit, personal summary and report, asks & answers, as well as sharing experiences, etc.
During the above-mentioned phases, the management trainees made a brief description about their work experience and touches and feelings. All the supervisors shared their site management experience with the trainees.
The whole session went into end in an intense basketball match.
