Jindu Group 2017 Contract Revision Conference
Started since September, the contract revision work of Jindu and its subsidiaries has been finalized. On December 21, Contract Revision Conference was organized and held by Department of Legal Affairs. All procurement departments of group company and subsidiaries, as well as the field project procurement staffs, participated in the conference.
The conference was presided over by Zhang Ji, General Director of Department of legal affairs. Huang Li, Li Guimei and Cai Chunjian, as internal lecturers, respectively described the revision of the business terms and legal provisions of the group contract template. After the completion of the terms, the meeting site and video conferencing personnel have been actively interacting and communicating. Huang Binbin, the vice president of internal control of the company and Tang run, the director of the procurement contract department, made the corresponding comments. Starting from January 1, 2018, the new model of the new contract will be formally issued and implemented.
