-                      Mogan Mountain Outreach Activities

In June, 2018, Jindu held Mogan Mountain Team-building activities in two batches. In the first morning, all staffs had a lesson about Jindu enterprise culture. The importance of enterprise culture was once put into everyone’s mind. This team activity aims to provide a platform which gives our staffs the feeling of belongingness. With deep communications and cooperation, every staffs in different groups regained the sense of teamwork and self-identity. At the same time, everyone enjoyed  the games as well as working together for champion. That is what ‘Happy life and happy work’ likes.

The outreach activities get started in the afternoon. The coach is teaching how to warm up before real competition begins.

Out activities of Day 1 comes to the end in the laughter. It is not so important whether we win or lose. What really matters is that we once fought together.

On the second day, we took a visit in Mogan Mountain Resort. Here we enjoyed the fresh air, the rolling mountain ranges, as well as the beautiful sceneries. Two batches of Jindu staffs wrote the same story chapters under the same blue sky.

This experiential team-building method arouses the desire of employees to study actively very effectively. Via learning through lively activities, combining the situational training with actual work and life, not only the groups, but also all the members in the groups, have been improved. Jindu in the future will be definitely much stronger. Let’s fight together for the target aiming to be the leader in China industrial construction field.
