On Dec 25.2015,the 2nd term PM experience exchange meeting of JD Group was held in Tuankou Zhongandong hot-spring resort hotel,Hangzhou. Participants include all department managers and project manangers, the

JD GM Mr. Sun has addressed on the meeting.

The meeting have two parts: construction technique exchange and project management experience exchange,16 project managers and site managers do the report of relevant topics like: "ground subsidence ", "foundation reinforcement", "concrete quality control" , "steel structure installation", "construction technology management " ,"project change control management ", "construction cost control" (All these PPT can download in OA E-learning platform for you reference)

In the interactive communication link, each theme has more than 3 people shared their opinions with the speaker. These communication style also create many bright ideals, which promoted the inter-departmental communication and corporation system，and upgrading the working process.

At last,Mr.Sun made a summary statement , which first affirmed this opinion exchange style, but also want to deepen the topic deeply.
