The reform program to replace the business tax with a value-added tax will go into full implementation nationwide from May 1st. And the pilot sectors will increasingly cover building industry, real estate, finance industry and life service industry. To fully prepare for business tax to value-added tax reform, our Financial Management Department (short for FIN) arranged specialized trainings for our staffs to learn more about the polices and regulations. We even employed teachers from TaxChina as our advisory agents to customize training courses for Jindu. It divides into three phases, which includes giving lessons in prophase, tracking Q&A in midterm and finally counseling and mentoring. All is for the better implementation of this tax reform.
In the mid of April, special business tax to value-added tax training courses were made to every department head, each project manager, site manager and purchasing supervisor.
“Firstly, we invited specialized teachers to give lessons about this tax reform to lay a good theoretical foundation. And we will also arrange video conferences to carry out guidance for each projects. Do in learning, and learn by doing. By this way, everyone can understand and master the new polices the soonest.” said Manger Huang from FIN.
To wholly estimate the training effects, as well as to strengthen everyone’s understandings of new tax policy, FIN and HR & Admin Dept arranged an online writing test. And the pass rate of this test reached 100%.
By now, the first phase of Business Tax to Value-added Tax training has successfully come to the end. Teachers from TaxChina will continuously give further guidance. It is trusted that the Business Tax to Value-added Tax affairs in Jindu will be smoothly and successfully implemented and put into effects.
