——2015 Annual JD Project visit

In 2015,the project management department organized a view activities to strengthen the propulsion of company QS standardization,and improve the management level of all JD project management, and promote the common progress of the project.The destination is: Mileage Changzhou project, Shanghai Toyo Tanso project.Sincerely invite department of GMO, HR&ADM,ET, Jinxin and other project managers, supervisors, engineers to attend.

This activities held for the first time since November 2014, which welcome by all colleagues.This time we made some optimization,the main process contains the introduce the project overview by PPT or video;Visit the site of the project;Communication seminar.So this activity will be more rich content, more efficient, bring more harvest and inspiration.

The style of PPT and video project introduce bring us a fresh feeling,which introduced the project outlooks, VI, PPE, temporary power, finished product protection,lift’s use on aloft work, ME work acceptance, working records, safety system with fire and etc.The whole process fully shows the reasonable deployment, perfect site safety management and quality control, engineering standard.

Compared with the same activities last year, we found that the "safety quality standardization" has achieved initial results.At the same time we also found that the project team are full of energy，and we will continue to the further development of the project management level.

After the end of the activity,  we hope every visitor can use the knowledge that they learned in this activity to their daily jobs, to play the spirit of excellence.
