Observation tour to Changzhou JRS Project

    The project management department arranged an observation on May 18th in  Changzhou JRS project site. All field departments, including each subcontractor, had attended this observation. Construction, safety, quality, delicacy management and people-oriented service are key words for this activity.

     This site observation aims to close the gap and get common progress with learning each others’ good points. Mutual emulation, intercommunication and mutual learning are obligato ways to realize that.

 

     The modern and functional temporary offices and dormitories got praised by all parties. They expressed to each observer how Jindu pursue humanity, efficiency and safety on construction site.

 

       Always ensure the clean after working, pedestrian and vehicle separation,  stacked materials in good order and timely recycle of garbage to reduce noise and dust to the utmost extent and reach the highest standard for safety and civilization construction.

       Providing recreational area, smoking area, pantry room and dispensary to furthest offer our workers people-oriented services to their work and life.

    Construction specifications and standards stand only on one side. Implementation and enforcement takes more importance in improving quality control. Practices and theories are all what we seek. The whole project department did a lot of efforts in implementation. For PDCA Management, our site departments have realized delicacy management in preventive control, model building, site inspection, acceptance check and product protection.

 

Summary

     “There is a lot that we can learn from Changzhou JRS Project. But we can even make it better. No.1 is not our one and only target. What we are seeking is to improve and promote all our projects through this learning and our joint efforts. Let’s take Changzhou JRS as a good start and aim ourselves to build good reputations and fine projects.”
